This is a modern adaptation of the Frankenstein monster story with a few twists. It is the story of a mad scientist Dr. Frankenstein (Udo Kier) who is generally unhappy with his wife and his two sniveling children. In a desire to create a better world around him, he begins a bizarre series of medical experiment and succeeds in building a sex-crazed Adam and Eve. It is the scientist's desire that with the Adam and Eve he can create a new race of people. Helping the scientist in his endeavors is an earthy stable boy Nicholas (Joe Dallesandro) whose only job is to play with and satisfy the desires of the wife of Dr. Frankenstein (Monique Van Vooren) so the good doctor can continue his plans uninterrupted. When Frankenstein and his assistant Otto (Arno Juerging) steal the head from a local peasant, their carefully laid plans run amok due to the interference of the local peasantry.
