Based on a true story that occurred in Japan in the 1930s, this is an explicit sex story. Sada Abe (Eiko Matsuda), a hotel maid, has an intense affair with a married man named Kichizo Ishida (Tatsuya Fuji), who owns the hotel. Over time, Sada becomes so obsessed with Kichizo that she forbids him to look at anyone except her. Kichizo is equally obsessed with the relationship and gets aroused whenever Sada strangles him as they have sex. Eventually, he permits her to murder him by strangulation. Sada then mutilates his body and uses his blood to write on him.
